Been a minute
Don't mean we haven't been up to sit.
Bazooka Joe's "Diamonds In the Rough" mixtape can't stay in stock. Git em while they haute @ Fat Beats, Sandbox, the usual spots.
Get at us at Nublu this comin Monday 12.4.06.
Here's the rundown:

We would like to invite you to a special party in conjunction with our friends Emma & Kevin who are in NYC from the UK to film their documentary on the indie music culture called “Record Shop”.
When: Monday, December 4. 8:00PM until…
Why: They will be conducting interviews at Nublu this night with anyone who has something to say on the subject, as well as shooting the party & bands. If for some reason you’re not able to schedule a private interview for the film with Kevin & Emma, you can speak with them at Nublu. Interviews will take place at the club roughly between 8:00 and 11:00.
Special guests include the Budos Band (Daptone Records) at 11:00, and the Nublu Orchestra (Nublu Records) after midnight, along with special guest DJ's Bazooka Joe, Al Jay, and DJ Comrade (Liberation Sound) – Nothing but moist funk all night long.
Free from 8:00-10:00, $10.00 thereafter.
Nublu, as if you didn’t know, is located on Avenue C between 4th & 5th Streets on the LES. Remember, there’s no sign so look for the tiny blue light.

Let's git Fresh
It's balmy out thurrr. Feels like my hands when slow dancin with my HS crush n shizz.
So, yall kneads some crispiness when this humidity strikes. What better way than to slam a few back with CF duo. We're holdin it down like William this Thursday at Tenement Lounge. Last week peeps actually made a solid effort in forgetting they names. BIG UP.
We dropped some crazy exclusive shitz from Bigga Haitian, much love Walkup Rec's.
Drink speshies include 5 dolla sangria, 3 dolla sam adams and some otha beer which escapes me right now, ask me at the spot and I'll tell ya.

Bazooka Joe & Al Jay keep on rollin as we spark Madame X Wednesday night with an 80's theme behind it, going for everything 1980-1989, Hip-Hop, R&B, House, Funk & even some Pop (Sorry No Freestyle).
Then - Freshn Up! Thursdays continues at Tenement Lounge, the Stones Throw party last week was a good time, shout out to DRM who came through and blessed the wheels lovely.
This week resident DJ's Bazooka Joe and Al Jay will be holding it down.

Goin down at Tenement Lounge - Bazooka Joe and I along with DRM (Bastard Jazz) will be DJing the Dudley Perkins listening party. Come by and have some drankity dranks and listen to soul muzix most unique crooner.
ALSO don't forget. This Thursday we'll be back at Tenement Lounge doing our lovely weekly party. Last week Indiana Jones ripped it. The man played Wham and made it relevant. Lawd I almost lauwst it.
